Chris joined the team in 2021 and has over 12 years experience in residential property. Chris is one of our two Property Consultants qualified to offer Market Appraisals and his friendly professional manner is regularly appreciated by customers who value an informal yet diligent approach to the sale of their home. He is committed to seeing through process through and works closely with Davina involving himself in the progression of sales through conveyance to completion. He has extensive knowledge of Leasehold, Shared Ownership and Affordability Scheme properties and is our Company lead in these specialist areas of the market.

A passionate sports enthusiast, he has competed at a high level in both football and darts, playing football in the Cheshire Premier League and darts in the Cheshire Super League. A regular gym-goer, he also enjoys pushing his limits through endurance challenges such as the Benidorm 10k and Tough Mudder events. Outside of sport, he is very family oriented, bringing trust, commitment, and strong values into his role as an Estate Agent—qualities that underpin his dedicated, people-first approach to clients.
