Senior Sales Negotiator
Steph joined our family in 2023 following a 28 year career heading up the North of England for premium global cosmetics brand. She is responsible for the viewings and selling of our residential properties, and is loved by our vendors and buyers alike. Steph was recently described by a buyer as “a true role model for what an Estate Agent should be” and we could agree more. She was personally responsible for the successful sale of over 100 homes in 2025 alone, bringing experience, passion, and joy to everything she does.

Outside of work, Steph dotes over her chihuahua ‘Hugo’ and is an animal lover to the extreme – (we have recently discouraged her from trying to adopt a squirrel)! Our office ‘Mum’, the whole team regularly arrive in the mornings to individually chosen food or other treats. Steph is also Davina’s twin!
